Victory

Just three days after I started my change.org petition, and 4,600 of you signed in support: We’ve won -- Opera Australia have sacked homophobic soprano Tamar Iveri. At first, Opera Australia were staying silent on the matter - ignoring the cries from thousands of people. But after a sustained campaign clearly they’ve now heard us and all the other people saying: there’s no space for hate in our community. The simple, quick action of signing my petition helped secure a win for love over hatred. Thanks for signing my petition - it really means a lot. Sandra
