We are now forced to accept the pocket change from the banks. The OCC and the Federal reserve did not stand up for us. We requested a review of bank misconduct and illegal foreclosure practices. Not a small payout! We the people deserve more then $300, $500, $800, $1000, $2000, $3000, $6000. Every homeowner that applied for the IFR should receive a full review as well as a fair settlement. Not the spare change from the bank president desk drawers! We will be heard. Please sign and help all affected.

      The servicer insisted that we had to be at least 2 months in default to qualify for modification and then promptly foreclosed without modification. We sent COMPLETE application and supporting docs 3 times, but the servicer lied and said they did not receive everything. Other counseling issues are "conditions precedent" that we did not receive - so the foreclosure is legally flawed - yet we're about to loose home on appeal. Thanks.

      Please note my current address is still in the same town as where the bank stole my former condominium. I, like Elizabeth Warren, agree we have far little leverage nor resources to litigate this egregious breach of justice! We have endured enough. My family and I were poisoned by 15,000+ micrograms of LEAD dust when the Master state inspector of the CLPPP (childhood lead poisoning PREVENTION program) passed failing swipes at 18 Winthrop Street in Abington ,MA. , a rented apartment. The Board of Health ,landlord, OSHA and CLPPP took weeks to determine that a horrendous error had transpired. Their error could have cost children their lives. Lead can cause mental retardation, seizures and death. We have a Superior Court case pending. In the meantime , the law has been more clearly defined and in an unprecedented move The PEL (permissible elevated lead level ) has been lowered from 10 to 5 micrograms by the CDC in 2012. Please educate yourselves on the DANGERS found right in some of your own homes. Thank you for sharing lead poisoning awareness.       I lost my home in spite of the bank filing foreclosure on me in the middle of a workout program and accepting my payment after they filed foreclosure. I have them on recording saying they will not file foreclosure on me,because we were in a workout program, but then they did and the judge never heard this recording. I agreed to a deferment and paid them $3,000.00 (twice) as was required, but after they got my money, they added another requirement boosting my house payment up so high, that I was unable to pay it. US Bank did not honor two deferments with me, but after they collected my $6,000.00 they then added stipulations that were not agreed upon when we first created the deferment. I would be happy to let you hear my conversation with them if you send me an email address. I just lost my house and will have to move. US Bank has not stopped this deceitful practice as they have been performing all along. Someone needs to be put in prison.
