NO VISA for "HANG THE GAYS" GILES MUHAME to THE UNITED STATES

      Woodacre, CA

Giles Muhame is a man who has worked hard to spread hate against Gays, causing untold harm to many LGBTI people in Uganda and abroad.

Kindly sign this Petition asking the US Government to REVOKE or REFUSE a VISA to "Hang the Gays"  Giles Muhame.

Giles Muhame the editor of Rolling Stone, the Ugandan tabloid that outed murdered LGBTI Activist David Kato and 100 other gay, lesbian, and LGBTI people back in Uganda, is coming to America for a friend’s wedding.

We humbly request that State Department and/or the Office of the United States Ambassador to Uganda at the Embassy in Kampala, deny or revoke the VISA application of Giles Muhame.

Mr. Muhame should be denied entry into the United States of America for his hate speech and target attack campaign against LGBTI people.

Mr. Muhame has called on the public of Uganda to lynch Gay people by publishing the names and faces of homosexuals and lesbians next to a picture of a hangman's rope with the statement "HANG THEM." in his magazine which he published and distributed in Uganda.

Thank You, Melanie Nathan.

I encourage our Ugandan family of LGBTI to sign this and express their feelings against Giles Muhame's attacks on LGBTI people. An attack against a Ugandan Gay is an attack against an American Gay. Like Bishop Christopher Senyonjo says "we are all ONE people". So Ugandans and other Africans please feel free to sign and make comments. Your voices are very welcome.

AND sent them an e-mail. They are aware of the Petition. It is difficult to get information about VISA recipients because its considered private. However I did make an inquiry under the FAI Information ACT - not sure if they can respond to that. Let us see, I also sent a note to my member of Congress stating my objection to his entry into the USA. Not sure we can stop him - somehow the larger the outcry the more likely it will work. SO PLEASE spread this request around and ask your friends to sign.

Is the fact that thousands of LGBTI people around the world are denied VISAS to the USA to be with their same-sex partners in the USA. To allow this monster who has preyed on our Universal community into our Country would be unconscienable.

I think a strong message needs to be sent that Giles Muhame's deadly brand of homophobia will not be tolerated in the US.
