Settle the "Central Park Five" Federal Civil Rights Lawsuit

Antron McCray, Kevin Richardson, Korey Wise, Yusef Salaam, and Raymond Santana were wrongfully convicted of the rape and beating of a jogger in Central Park. The "Central Park Five" are suing on the grounds of "malicious prosecution, racial discrimination, and emotional distress." Collectively these gentlemen spent over 30 years in prison. Their convictions were overturned in 2003 when Matias Reyes confessed to being the sole attacker of the jogger along with DNA evidence collected in 1989 which substantiated his involvement. It has been 10 years since their conviction has been overturned and New York City is refusing to honor the Federal Civil Rights Suit that was filed in 2003.

It's an outrage to see how the criminal justice system was used against the citizens it is supposed to protect.

I feel as if KOREY WISE deserves some type of justice! 13 years of his life was wrongfully stolen. He suffered more than the other men did. He was a young child placed in the worse prison known to man. We could only imagine what happened to him. The criminal justice system served no justice when it comes to Korey. He suffered more than Trisha Meli. He is the victim here. SERVE HIM JUSTICE!

Justice & accountability. Yes, everyone makes mistakes - When you are a professional it is called malpractice. Prosecutors need to be held accountable for poor and unethical practice of the law.

Love, Hope, Faith, Acceptance, Forgiveness,TIME, Family, Grieving,Innocence, Are just a few of the things taken from these men, Once boys by a failed judicial system! What they have lost is far more then what can be done to make it right! So why not start with a I'm sorry & the money! End there suffering & let them move past what was taken & into a future of Hope, Faith, Forgiveness!

The fact that the police and prosecutors involved in this criminal miscarriage of justice have not been held accountable, is a disgrace.
