• Petitioning Minneapolis Park Board - Liz Wielinski

This petition will be delivered to:

Commissioner
Minneapolis Park Board - Liz Wielinski

Sustain our Lease and Reject the Project at 1720 Marshall St. NE

    1. Petition by

      Psycho Suzi's Motor Lounge

If you've visited Psycho Suzi's, you know finding close parking can be difficult.  We've been able to use the other lot for valet, overflow and employee parking, which has eased the parking stress around the neighborhood.  Psycho Suzi's wants to keep our long standing parking lease which allows 150+ cars and their passengers enjoyable access to the riverfront.  The Minneapolis Park Board is revoking our lease so they can build a $4 million temporary storage yard on the riverfront.  Please support Psycho Suzi's and our neighbors. Petition this very un-neighborly project.

Thank you so much!   Love, Suzi

A more sensible use of the space. A good business in a good location, or temp storage wasting riverfront realestate that will be moved again anyway. Let them stay.

Minneapolis Park Board needs to make better decisions on where to put stuff. Why build a storage facility near the River?
