Continue with the culling of invasive, nonnative Mute Swans.

    1. Petition by

      Michael Retter

Mute Swans are a vicious, invasive, nonnative species that foul Michigan's water, kill native species, and reduce the numbers of native species by competing for resources. They are an ecological disaster.

Invasive species are becoming a big problem in the states biologically. It would be wrong to stop all the hard work that has been done to help eradicate these unwanted species. Let's let the people who do this for a living do their job. It is benefiting us all more than most people realize.
