The sentencing laws for first time offenders should be changed because my granddaughter was brutally murdered by the boyfriend of her mother and got too lenient of a sentence. This is important because too many first-time offenders are getting lenient sentences for haneous crimes.

Too many babies are dying at the hands of others and this has to stop. There should be no light sentencing when it comes to taking lives of others especially defenseless children.
