Justice for Mackenzie: Re-open Christopher Wilson's case and charge the RIGHT people.

    1. Petition by

      Justice For Chris Wilson Group

      Wenatchee, WA

Christopher Wilson was wrongfully accused of Mackenzie Cowell's murder and railroaded into taking a plea deal for manslaughter. The evidence that was provided on Christopher was all circumstantial and even the prosecutor himself eluded that they did not have the evidence to convict him. There is DNA evidence found at the crime scene on cigarette butts, the murder weapon, Mackenzie's car, etc from at least FOUR different MALES none of it matching Christopher Wilson. There are two men, Samuel Cuevas and Emmanuel "Buddha" Cerros, who had worked as police informants on the drug task force, who ADMITTED to involvement in Mackenzie's murder. These men - as well as the Chelan County law enforcement - should be investigated.

My brother was murdered in Wenatchee and members of the Chelan County Sheriff's Office covered it up as a suicide. The lead "investigator" also happened to be the head of the Columbia River Drug Task Force. An informant was involved in killing my brother.

Too many inconsistencies in this case for this man to be in prison without a trial

Coming from an LE background I understand that sometimes the pressures of the job might force some officials towards some bias and/or failure to execute rational bias. I believe from the evidence that the best course of action would be a separate and impartial investigation into all evidence in this case. I've seen innocent people plea guilty for lesser charges after being coerced, subjugated, and intimidated in a process they likely know nothing about. Attorneys themselves are not infallible either, and in many cases not accountable either. I'm not one to join legal causes but support the re-opening of this case. I also would love to see some justice for Caylee Anthony

They failied to look at other evidence...take samples from the other suspects...and they focused mainly on chris gaining tunnel vision ignoring the other pieces of evidence.,
