JCP&L (Jersey Central Power & Light): Monopoly and inadequate service WILL NOT be tolerated anymore

We are sick and tired of having ONE company and ONE choice whose dedication to customers and officials is getting worse by the year.

Either:
1. Put money into improving the decades old infrastructure that's getting worse with every disaster,

2. Agree to severe penalties for every day of outage that will be distributed to the residents to recover their losses,

3. or, GET OUT OF NEW JERSEY AND ALLOW OTHERS TO SERVICE US

I was out for 8 days and I have a well. I have critism over you people. Reduce the prices to put the wires in the ground and do so once it's affordable to us.

It seems that the same places in the system fail again and again. Start with placing those sections underground utility. Eight days again without power. Each home must become independant of this system

JCP&L leadership lacks even basic communication skills. No information has been shared with their customers. They don't give their employees basic clear information to share with us. Enough already!
