Dear Sir

I am a voter of Union of India, and as per declaration of candidates by different political parties , I do not find any one of them suitable to represent me in the state assembly. So kindly guide me in the light of Rule 49 (O) of THE CONDUCT OF ELECTIONS RULES 1961, if I decide not to vote any candidate or reject all of the contestants and make entry in form 17 (A) , what will be the interpretation of my exercise and how it will effect the electoral process.
