Jose is the father of 5 children, 2 natural children and 3 stepchildren. Jose's daughter was recently born 8 weeks premature following an ICE raid at his home. If Jose is deporated his wife will lose her job and Mexico does not offer the type of medical care that his daughter needs. Jose is not a convicted felon and has nothing with his time in this country but to work and provide for his family. Please help Jose to keep his family together by asking ICE to cancel their deporation order against him!

This new rule appears that it will allow Luis to stay with his family while we apply for a hardship waiver! This is a huge change, there are still no guarantees but it may mean that we don't face a forced seperation for an extended/unknown period of time. We still need signatures as we will turn in this petition to show support for Luis remaining here and be able to modify his status. We are also working with an attorney to apply to reopen his deportation case - as he was never notified and we have the proof of this, as does the government. Thanks to everyone for their continued support and prayers! I am copying in a link to the article that discusses Obama's rule change just signed last week.

Please Sign and share my petition in Hope Positive Outcome at Immigration Master Hearing in Deportation Removal Proceedings of myself on March 26th, 2012. My two year old son Ezriel should not feel isolated either.

Deporting a husband and father of natural born citizens is ridiculous.

He is a good person and this would be cruel to separate this family !
