-DOUBLE/TRIPLE TIME - Double time should begin at 12 hours and Triple time should start at 15 hours. THEY choose the schedule. If they want to work us over 12 hours a day, pay us!

-END 5 OF 7 - Our weekends should be returned to us. We deserve time with our families and friends. THEY choose the schedule. If they want to work us on a Saturday or Sunday, pay us!

-RETURN OF “8TH DAY PAY" - Right now we get 6th day and 7th day pay, but when we work an 8th day in a row we are punished with straight time as if it was our 1st day. THEY choose the schedule. If they want to work us that many days in a row, pay us!

-NIGHT PREMIUM - Bring back night premium pay for all crews. THEY choose the schedule. If they want to work us through the night, pay us!

-MEAL PENALTIES – Increase meal penalties to “Prevailing Wage”. THEY choose the schedule. If they want to work without feeding us, pay us!

-11 HOUR REST PERIOD - We need our sleep and we need time with our families. If you want to invade our turnaround we should be paid ALL DAY not just the invaded hours. THEY choose the schedule. If they don’t want to give us a proper rest period, pay us!

-WEEKEND TURNAROUND - We should get 36 hours on a six day week and 54 hours for a five day week. There’s a reason actors have it, so why don’t we? If they invade this turnaround then we should be on a forced call all day. THEY choose the schedule. If they don’t want to give us a proper weekend turnaround, pay us!

Every contract we give more and more away because our health and welfare is not important to them though it’s important to me. My friends are important to me. My family is important to me. My life is important to me. These demands cost them nothing.

Production cannot continue to get contracts that say it’s okay to work us long hours with no cost. To give us barely enough time to drive home exhausted, collapse into bed and then come back to work with no sleep. To take away our weekends and evenings with no cost. Every union movement made it clear that the cost to them is MONEY, while the cost to us is OUR LIVES. We value our lives more than this. If they want to take our lives from us then there needs to be a high financial cost to them. These demands cost them nothing.

The studios and their parent companies continue to profit billions of dollars a year. THESE DEMANDS COST THEM NOTHING. There is no reason we should be sacrificing our lives to make them a profit, especially when everything they do is a CHOICE.

Because I'm only 38, and already I limp, bent and in pain, for the first hour of everyday. Enough is enough, none of us will even make it to retirement at this rate. These are not unreasonable demands.

Big Corporations that now control the studios and most production has seen record profits every year since I entered the union. We give up more and more every time the contract comes up. Now they want to charge us for our insurance and make overtime less and less. Production acts like our best friends on the set but takes more and more away from us, for what now appears, just sport. We should go to the table with our contract from the early 80s. Let's negotiate from there. No more cuts...These attitudes towards the people who actually make these shows needs to change. It's time for the pendulum to swing the other way for a while.

Everyone deserves respect for the work they do. This petition speaks to this. The issue speaks for itself.

Good people get hurt when money over-rides quality and safety.

Corporate/Big Biz gr$$d has been a disease in America for far too long.

      America's employees are not expendable.

The disease of gr$$d needs to take a backseat to a more just relationship between employer and employee.
