The way HP presents their puppies is called 'bait and switch' advertisements to consumers and it is a frequent common scam used on consumers—they are using photos they have copied from other websites and pages and using them in their ads, then portraying the ‘sold’ animals as ‘adopted’ ( at very inflated high retail prices, by the way) and the consumer has no idea that the ads are not the actual products and the animals in the ads are not even under their legal authority to sell not in their possession.

PUBLIC CONCERNS INCLUDE:

Frequent changes in ownership, licensing, re-licensing, permits, complaints to regulating authorities, locations of operations, plagiarized commercial photos from other websites and pages, uncooperative and hostile consumer and customer service, reluctance to answer consumer inquires and deleting Facebook posts asking basic questions regarding standards of operations; general lack of good business practices and professional communications, including but not limited as listed here, threatening comments to potential consumers or persons responding to ads. Unauthorized use of celebrity photos without legal authority or compensation to celebrities. It’s not just using public celebrities’ pictures she got from other sites, but combining them with the ads and pricing and overall context of presentation, to 'make public think' a situation is real.

Hollywood Puppies is selling live animals FOR PROFIT (at high end of retail market prices) Yet, repeatedly stipulates in ads animals are 'ADOPTED' to further mislead public or at least, misrepresent terms and conditions of actual sales.

There are many serious problems facing society today that seem to defy solutions. The national disgrace of puppy mills is NOT one of them. It is a horror that we have the ability to abolish. JOIN US AND TOGETHER WE WILL END THE SUFFERING.98% of the puppies sold in the pet stores come from commercial kennels. Many stores have become aware of the marketing problem they face if they sell puppies that were bred in commercial kennels. Many of these stores are telling their customers that the puppies were either locally born or come from "loving homes in the Midwest." This is simply not true. No reputable breeder would ever sell their puppies to a pet store. Reputable breeders care about the puppies they have helped create so they care about the home they get. They don't send tiny puppies across the country to petstores to be cared for by petstore employees and sold to anyone who has a credit card. The mass production of puppies is dependent upon the public buying puppies in a pet store. If people stopped buying puppies in petstores, the demand would end and the petstores would stop buying from commercial kennels and then the misery would end. Through harnessing two enormous powers - the power of the Internet and the power in the hearts of millions of compassionate people - we can stop this atrocity. The key is education. We need every compassionate person to educate as many people as possible about commercial kennels.

Rescuing animals is my passion. Selling puppies/kittens to the highest bidder is disgusting and only perpetuates the problems we have with such high euthanasia rates!!! GET HOLLYWOOD PUPPIES OUT OF SA!!!!!!!!!!!
