Lately, Hi-Rez started banning people from Smite for the lone purpose of having an "unauthorized thrid-party software" run simultaneously with the game, even if the game was not tampered with or changed. Also, there have been reports of Hi-Rez violating their own EULA by making scans of the same software even when Smie is NOT RUNNING, in which case invading your own privacy, and will ban you if you open Smite when something is detected. Last but not least, it is also banning whole IP's for 1 user of the network even having such "unauthorized" software on their computer although it didn't tamper with the game. Here's  a brief video of the Hi-Rez ban logic: http://vimeo.com/70404546

I think it is okay to ban for hacking, but you NEED to show the evidence. It is bs that they ban you without explaining details at least

i don't want to get banned for no reason either. But when someone spends money on the game and is accused of cheating(and then banned), he deserves to know why. CHEATING how? You can't jut point the god damn finger and say witch then burn the person...

I don't want to get banned without a reason that is supported by evidence
