Add Transphobia and Transmisogyny to Media Reference Guide

GLAAD provides definitions for biphobia and homophobia in the LGB section of their Media Reference Guide http://www.glaad.org/reference/lgb but doesn't include the definitions for transphobia and transmisogyny. Transphobia is a real danger to the transgender community while transmisogyny is directed specifically at transgender women.

Murder statistics of transgender people

Shocking statistics on murder of trans women as well as an extremely high attempted suicide rate.
http://www.patheos.com/blogs/wwjtd/2012/05/murder-statistics-of-transgender-people/

one in twelve risk for trans women being murdered by cis people. Or one in eight if you happen to be a trans woman of colour.

49 percent of transgender people attempt suicide.

Transphobia and transmisogyny directly contribute to these absurd numbers. I would like to ask GLAAD to add these definitions to their Media Reference Guide.

GLAAD, we as the you help us bring these disturbing murder and suicide rates down. Please, we beg you.

People should be allowed to be who they are. It just makes me so sad to see what everyone has to go through.
