We will be holding Poker Tournament/Tricky Tray fundraiser on March 23, 2013 at the Getaway N. in Blue Spring, MO in order to raise money for Byron Case. The cost to unravel a wrongful conviction can be significant, attorney retainers alone cost tens of thousand of dollars; and that does not include the financial burden of having to hire credentialed experts necessary to present evidence of innocence.

We are asking businesses and individuals for their support through a donation of items, services, or monetary contributions should that be more desirable. If you are able to help us in any way, your name and/or business name will be acknowledged as a sponsor during the event. We would also be happy to display and distribute and marketing materials to further promote your business.

To discuss donations or if you have any questions please contact me at Janette.Mochnacz@gmail.com.

      Thank you in advance!

Where's the proof? The burden is supposed to be on the prosecution. Let the law fit up anyone convenient (as happened in Melbourne in '70s) and gross corruption relieves police and prosection from doing any work. In other words its fascism of the worst kind, akin to Roman judges finding "criminals" to torture for Colloseum entertainment.

This is important to me because no citizen should be tried or convicted with such flimsy "evidence." The testimony of an aggrieved past girl friend all by itself should never result in a verdict that qualifies "beyond a reasonable doubt."

      Why not?
