But, Fox News has now changed its criteria for inclusion after Fred met them.  Federal Election Law that says that news organizations that sponsor Presidential debates must select candidates for debates based upon “pre-established, objective criteria" (3).

The criteria states (4):

1. Registered with the Federal Elections Commission as a presidential exploratory committee or presidential campaign.

2. Meet all U.S. Constitutional requirements.

3. Garnered at least an average of one percent in five national polls based on most recent polling leading up to the registration day.

Fred Karger is a registered candidate for President with the Federal Elections Commission. Fred meets all US Constitutional Requirements. Fred now meet's the objective criteria of averaging at least 1% in five national polls:

1% in Zogby Poll May 23rd

Fred Karger is the first sane Republican I have ever encountered. He's certainly a hell of a lot more rational than any of the other Republican candidates. I'm an Obama supporter but I'd love to see an openly gay Republican get some delegates to the GOP convention.

Because out of all the Republican candidates, Fred Karger is the only one not discriminating people based on their sexual preference. If gays and lesbians want the rights and headaches that come with marriage, then that is their business. Not the State's, the Church's, or Government's. As it is, they pretty much have to jump through hoops for only a few of these rights.

Tell the Calif gov. that marrying a lesbian is antithetical to gay marriage rights

I'm signing this petition because I am a gay U.S. citizen and Fred Karger is the only presidential candidate who is in full support of gay rights. I want a president who believes in my rights as a human being and a citizen of this country.

I wanna hear the man talk! He would be the only republican I would vote for. Give him a chance or give up the election. Fair is fair!
