Stop the proposed Melbourne Airport Expansion

The Melbourne Airport Corporation are planning major expansion and redevelopments for Melbourne Airport. They want to increase the runways from 2 to 4. One of which will be directly over homes and schools. This will lead to an increase in noise and air pollution. They are planning of increasing passenger volumes from 28 to 60 million per year. The roads are struggling to cope with the traffic now. How will they cope with double the volume?

It is affecting my entire family's sleep hygiene, especially that of my newborn daughter who wakes up with each and every plane that fly's over.

As I have a young family this will impact us severely. Please run the flight path elsewhere. We already have enough traffic overhead and at times its extremely loud.
