Refund SimCity customers

They delivered a product that doesn't work, plain and simple. When it does work, the restrictions on your game play make it practically unplayable. It's also tied into their servers to the point of being a Facebook Social Network Game that we had to pay $70 for. Those unhappy with the service were initially offered a refund, however EA is now refusing refunds and if you do a charge back on your credit card, they will ban your account meaning anything else yo bought from them will stop working as well.
This is a simple case of extortion. We as customers demand our money back for a game that not only barely works, but when it does work it's not half the game we were promised it would be. A refund is our ONLY acceptable outcome.

      Addition issues:

"The AI is not as represented. The company led us to believe that the game featured simulations that involved a sim having a job and a home. The reality is that sims simply find the closest job in the morning and the closest home in the evening. Traffic routing is equivalently awful.

Many advertised features of the game have been disabled by EA. Leaderboards, regional trading, etc. Espeically the regional trading, was one of the big aspects that made this game worth buying in my opinion. But this has been completely disabled.

Initiially when I had server trouble (before they disabled features and before I had realized how false the simulation was) I declined asking for a refund because I thought the server troubles would be solved within a day or two. Not only are they not (they're improved - but not fixed), I've since discovered the falseness of the simulation and various features have been disabled."

We've had at least two other petitions pop up after this one was formed and passed on to EA support. We need to focus the effort on one unified front. Please pass this URL along. As I mentioned, EA is already well aware of this petition as well as who I am and why I am doing what I am doing. I have filed with the BBB as well as with EA's third part Ethics company. I have also filed for a charge back with my credit union even knowing this will lead to a ban on my personal account.
PLEASE remain vigilant in this issue. I know I will, even after my case is settled. Companies simply can NOT continue to give customers shotty product and expect us to pay top dollar for it. DRM is another issue entirely. Neither is acceptable business practice and they need to KNOW this.
