We request that the offices of Oklahoma Attorney General E. Scott Pruitt begin and pursue an investigation of Gary James, proprietor of Gary's Chicaros located at 3030 N Grand Ave in Enid, Oklahoma, for repeated violations of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Title II, Sec. 201a of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 states:

"All persons shall be entitled to the full and equal enjoyment of the goods, services, facilities, and privileges, advantages, and accommodations of any place of public accomodation, as defined in this section, without discrimination or segregation on the ground of race, color, religion, or national origin."

It has come to the attention of the general public that the proprietor in question has conspicuously and deliberately violated the above-stated legislation, and should be subject to investigation by the Oklahoma Office of the Attorney General or any higher investigative entity, if such action is necessary.

For your information, I have included a link with evidence of the violations:

I was born and raised in Oklahoma and find it shameful that people like this are still thinking they have the right to discriminate based on "religious" beliefs. It's not about religion it's about hate. Don't blame Jesus for your hate.

Everyone should be treated equally no matter their color, religion, gender, or who they chose to love.

All civil rights are important, even if you are gay! It's bad enough our Governor is violating their rights, this is a result of her actions. It and she must be stopped. I think you should investigate Mary Fallin as well..
