I write to humbly request that you take action to immediately halt the deportation of Emmanuel Banda, He is a low priority case and he qualifies for prosecutorial discretion. Emmanuel has been in the United States for over ten years. He has a family and an American Born son named Isiah. Emmanuel was arrested suddenly after police showed up at his house unexpectedly and asked for an I.D. He gave them the only one he had which was issued by Servicios Hispanos to cash his checks. From there the Houston County Sheriff's department proceeded to arrest him and charge him with unlawful use of an I.D., Please keep in mind that this I.D. is not fake nor was he using it in an unlawful way.

Emmanuel's bond of $1,100 has already been paid; Once paid Immigration put a 48 hour hold on Emmanuel. Emmanuel is in fear of being sent back to Mexico, where his city is riddled with drug cartel and he is in possible danger of his life. Emmanuel works for a local construction company and he has no previous record. He has American born son who needs his father here. I ask you to please help my Friend Emmanuel Banda if not for me please help him for his son!

I don't see where he did anything wrong. If the government is allowing these check cashing places to issue out ID's then they have. No reason to arrest someone for using it. This man has a child at home who needs him. Let. Him stay and be a father. There's plenty of other things the police need to be focusing on.

Because I think that if they are low priority they should be able to stay...
