Add the classification of "presumptive" for Thailand veterans

The VA finally admitted after years of denial that they had used the same deadly type of herbicides containing Dioxin, on bases in Thailand for security purposes. But, the Thailand vets are not afforded the same classification of "presumptive" that their diseases were caused by their exposure to the deadly toxin as their counterparts who served "boots on the ground" in Vietnam even though they are suffering and dying from the exact same diseases. And because it has taken so many years to finally get their cases heard, they are running out of time because of their ages

Because I served in A Company 538th Engineer Bn. Thailand & went TDY to D Company & traveled to many places while in Thailand..Thailand Veterans should be included into any benefit afforded the Vietnam Veteran exposed to Agent Orange..Our lives & that of our families are in need of this assistance.. jack
