In the early morning of June 13th, 2013, Mr. Colvin caused an accident on Interstate 24, at mile marker 81. He killed Brandon Wilson(28) and Deja Morris(25). Several others were injured as well. Brandon and Deja were in the last vehicle in 3 miles of stopped traffic, do to an earlier accident. Mr. Colvin admitted to officers on the scene that he had been distracted. He did not even hit his brakes. Brandon and Deja were killed on impact and their car burst into flames. They were headed to the Bonnaroo Music Festival for the weekend, but never made it. The Rutherford County District Attorney does not want to file charges against Mr. Stacey afetr his tox screen came back negative. We want him charge. Brandon, Deja and everyone else involved, deserve justice and Mr Colvin should have to take responsibility for his actions.

For justice. He admitted that he wasn't paying attention and 2 innocent people were killed. Had he been paying attention this would have been prevented. He should have to take responsibility for his careless actions.
