The CT Appellate Court has ruled that all horses in Connecticut are inherenly vicious. Horse owners, barn owners, lesson familys, therapeutic riding facilities and more will all suffer from this ruling. Horses are a big part of Connecticut culture and revenue for the state.

      I was raised with horse. Children just need to be taught & supervised. Horses are NOT vicious. Just like any other animal or human being there are some bad apples in the bunch.

      HORSES ARE PREY ANIMALS and that often determines their behavior. THERE ARE NO VICIOUS PREY ANIMALS. There are abused, misunderstood, frightened, starved,and suffering prey animals. A mistreated prey animal is be understood, not condemned.
