In his mock conversation with the President Eastwood, for comic affect, made as though the President said "shut up" and something like, "Tell Romney to go f**k himself" etc. This not only does nothing to in any way further the debate on critical issues, but it also defames both the character of the man and the dignity of the office. It's the kind of thing a man of character, like Mitt Romney, would be embarrassed by. It's also not a particularly helpful use of prime time television. You went too far, Clint. The classy thing to do here is to admit you took it too far and apologize. Thanks!

Disrespecting and defaming the president in this way at this venue is paramount to disrespecting and defaming the United States of America. An apology is in order, at least from Romney's campaign committee.

No matter what your particular political beliefs are, you shoudl at the very least repsct the Office of th President. You may not agree with the currentl and elected POTUS, but showing this total lack of respect for the office crosses the line.

The rudeness and careless of each other as witnessed with Eastwood's embarrassment of himself and ourselves is but an evocation of the party's platforms that he was representing.

Even if you do not like the President of the United States, it still is an office that should be respected. He did not respect that office.
