Enable subtitles for OnDemand

Sky disabled subtitles for their OnDemand service.  This is insulting towards people of the deaf and people who have hard of hearing difficulties.   Please sign this petition to tell BSkyB to enable subtitles on the OnDemand services and any other services that do not feature subtitles.  Please make a change that will help someone. Thank you.

      I shall continue to go on with this petition, despite not getting ANY news from BSkyB. I find it horrific that Sky have not implemented the subtitles despite all the action I'm doing to get it put on.

      It has been a long time since I last posted on here, I've seen there has been a lot more signatures and I want to thank everyone for that!

      Since emailing, I've not heard back, this shows that Sky is not interested in their valued customers and D/deaf and hard of hearing people.

      I am going to email them this petition with every one of the signatures and demand for subtitles to be enabled. Sky are also breaking some human rights of being able to enjoy our lives - but how can we without the subtitle function?

      I'm going to keep urging Sky to enable subtitles for OnDemand and not loose hope!

      As a paying customer of sky I should be enabled to fully gain accessibility to all the services provided and without the feature of subtitles enabled within the On Demand service this is very frustrating. As I want to watch box sets but am unable to and therefore believe Sky who are a well known and established company have the audacity to discriminate us hard of hearing/deaf people, I find this very hurtful and unfair. Are we not allowed to enjoy the same services as to those who are fully able to hear?
