Companies have been using bankruptcy laws to bust unions and inflate profits for investors since the 1980's. This practice eliminates jobs solely out of investor greed and must be ended. Hostess is threatening to either shut down or sell their brands.
If Hostess sells its brands to another company or set of companies, we must make it clear that we will not purchase their products.

This is important to me because my father is part of Local 513 Missouri and I think this is stupid. They have already cut their wages once in 2004, and now they try to cut them again when the wages still haven't raised from 2004. Either way, they deserve to close. God, I will miss Twinkies but Hostess deserves to go down.

This approach started in the airline industry in the early 1980's and must be stopped as an unfair labor practice.
