Many innocent animals have been euthanized by this organization illegally and without cause. It must be stopped. This week an innocent pitbull puppy was illegally euthanized by the organization BARC, in Houston, TX. In accordance with Texas law, an animal must be kept for a minimum of three days before the animal can be euthanized. This organization did not keep JoJo for even a full business day before making the decision to euthanize him. Had they followed Texas state law, JoJo could have been treated with the $2,000+ that had been raised for his medical care. This organization must be warned that they are violating the law, and harming innocent animals.

I just signed the following petition addressed to: BARC.
