Boa took 8 yrs to modify our loan going thur many people some I never even talked to. I'm ill and boa kept saying they didn't get paperwork. My husband made sure it was. At the end of eight years the help boa gave us is a 40 year loan when we only owed 16 years. This was and is a predatory mortgage. We can't afford an attorney so I hope the civil suits can help. Bank of America should call themselves bank of china. Now they have sold my mortgage to everhome who is telling us our escrow is short. How that happened I don't know, i couldn't get a straight answer from either company! Thank you Gary and Kim Kehs Pa.

Because of the tactics and practices that the banking industry uses that does not benefit the consumer in any shape form or fashion. I at one point in my life I never used credit
