From Petition Creator Charn Robinson: WE DID IT! 1,000 signatures in support of Attorney General Eric Holder disqualifying the use of HIG, and affiliates, owned voting machines in the 2012 Election process. Although this may not be 100% possible at this late time, I am assured that the Attorney General's Office has heard our plea and will consider whatever action necessary to ensure the safety of our vote and protect democracy in this country.

Conflict of Interest!

To:
Attorney General Eric Holder
DISQUALIFY THE USE OF HIG OWNED VOTING MACHINES IN THE 2012 ELECTIONS!

It is quickly becoming a fact, that the new owner of the Ohio voting machines is none other than Tagg Romney, the son of candidate Mitt Romney. By virtue of conflict of interest alone, we are petitioning to have HIG and affiliate voting machines disqualified for use in the 2012 Electoral voting process!

Sincerely,
[Your name]

We cannot truly have a Democracy when one family owns machines that count votes and could turn this election. Stop this NOW and save our country.

why? I really believe this is a conflict of interest! What part of Romney's son owning the voting machines is right in any way?

It is a HUGE conflict of interest to allow the son of the republican candidate Mitt Romney, to use machines during this presidential race. The race is tight enough as is and it honestly leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. Simply put it isn't good for business or for voting!! It honestly is a disgrace that this hasn't already been shut down, anyone can see this isn't right or fair.
