As a public institution, Arizona State University should lead the way in social values. That includes choosing good businesses that support wholesome values that represent the fair minded folks of Arizona, and the views of the students who foot the bill. Not one that endorses bigotry and hate. Allowing Chick-Fil-A to stay on any of their campuses undermines the lessons of fairness and equality that are taught in the classroom. It's time that ASU show Chick-Fil-A the door, and kick them off their campus!

Because no one deserves to feel less than and for a company to take such an extreme stance only makes it harder for lgbtq people to accept themselves for who they are.

Money given to this business is, in part, then donated to causes that seek to harm the LGBT community. ASU, will you continue to support hatred and bigotry, knowing what you now know?

I will not support a business that is promoting such hate and discrimination against a community that includes myself and many of the people I care about.

As a member of the LGBT community, a mother of 4 children, and an employee of one of Arizona's great universities, I will not support allowing businesses advocating discrimination of any kind to operate in my place of employment or in a location in which I spend a great deal of my time.
