Pass Jack's Law

Jack's Law would be a law that basically stated that ANY establishment that kicks anyone out for being too intoxicated MUST either make sure that person has a SOBER escort or put that person in a cab. If the person refuses then they call the police. As difficult as dealing with an arrest can be it is still better than a tragedy. This law would be in honor of Jack Culolias. RIP

This is common sense. If you really need a law for it then you really need a law for it.

If you're too drunk to be there, you're too drunk to go home by yourself. R.I.P. Jack.

I am distantly related to Jack. Not knowing exactly what happened to him has been so hard on the family. Unnecessary deaths could easily be stopped by passing this law.

This was the nephew of a good friend of mine plus no one should ever let someone that is that drunk go home on their own.
