OS X 10.9 - support OpenGL 4.3 and ZFS

Apple has already started working on OS X 10.9. As a Apple user, I would like them to include two things in the new operating system.

1.) HFS+ is an extension of HFS that was developed in the 1980s. ZFS is a modern file system able to address huge drives and provide stability. I would like to see ZFS or the equivalent in the new operating system.
2.) Apple supports OpenGL 3.2, which was released back in 2009. OpenGL 4.3 was just released and would give the Apple platform parity with Microsoft in graphics libraries, security and performance.

I am concerned by bit rot, and ZFS is a proven solution, with a lot of future-proofing built in.

Because Apple is hypocritical to upgrade hardware but not focus on what runs on the hardware.
