Help Us Help 100 Youth This Month
Every year, more than 24,000 youth age out of foster care with little or no support. 6 out of 10 of these youth who leave foster care at 18 will likely be homeless, incarcerated or dead by age 20, according to a 2004 Pew Charitable Trust study.
These are teens that were never adopted or able to return to the homes they were removed from due to abuse, neglect and abandonment.
