FAMM is the national voice for fair and proportionate sentencing laws. We shine a light on the human face of sentencing, advocate for state and federal sentencing reform, and mobilize thousands of individuals and families whose lives are adversely affected by unjust sentences.

FAMM programs include (1) public education on sentencing policies through community workshops and national publications, (2) state and federal advocacy for sentencing reform, (3) litigation on precedent setting cases of those affected by mandatory minimum sentences, and (4) grassroots organizing through FAMM chapters across the country.
