24 Hours for Darfur is a project to amplify the pressure on politicians to take action on Darfur. The goal is to collect 24 hours worth of personal video appeals from people around the world. Each video is sent directly to the user's politicial representatives, posted on the website to share with other users, and will eventually be screened as part of a 24-hour vigil event in September outside the UN building in New York. You can help just by recording your own video. Or you can volunteer to help recruit others to record videos, or donate to help defray the costs of equipment.
