A speech by Dr. Paul to the Arab Americans Institute in Dearborn MI in October 2007; he says the same thing to everyone...get US out. We can trade with anyone who has not become an enemy on the Constitutional side...only Congress can declare War; Stop allowing the executive branch to hijack this power from Congress. Pass laws that will make it a misdemeanor to enforce powers not granted by the US Constitution.
