There is something beautiful about every woman. The problem is that we have been programmed to look for the things that a wrong with us so that someone can sell us something. Once a week a volunteer at a nonprofit organization that provides clothing to women in need and/or transition. Every day I am there, the women come in and complain about how they have too many rolls, or the hips are too big, or in a few cases they are too thin. We work to show them how to put the emphasis on their best features. You would be suprised how many leave there feeling beautiful. The only thing that changed is that we show them that there is something beautiful about everyone.
