Youth Activist who started voluntary career from 1994 from Youth Red Cross Circle and working in different youth organization. Shown extraordinary role as well as worked as Advisor, PAAILA, Advisor, Nabodaya Youth Club, Advisor, Yuwa Forum, Founder, Alternatives, Founding President, Managing Hands. Also Coordinator of Network of 40 Youth Organization in International Youth Day-2008, Main Celebration Committee and Founding Secretary of Main Celebration Committee started in 2007. Proven capacities on Leadership, Program Implementation and Project Reporting. Currently working as working as Founder/President in Alternatives Nepal. Also currently associated with Pokhara University as Faculty Member.
