Help Rein in Runaway Rent-to-Own Profiteers

You need to add Title Pawn Companies to these evils. My nephew had to get a $300.00 title pawn to get some dental work done. I found out he was paying $88.00 a month on his pawn ticket and had been for the past year. The title pawn dealer was only deducting about $2.00 a month off and the rest was interest. In the end, I think my nephew repaid about $1200.00 to get his car title back on a simple $300.00 loan. I think these people are what they used to call Loan Sharks, before the government started giving them license to commit their crimes.
