Laura commented on the petition |I am absolutely appalled, enraged and horrified that the U.S. govt. takes my tax dollars and use them to commit murder on a daily basis, in my name and the names of all Americans. That means you have made all of us an unwilling accomplice to murder. The govt. has no right to take life, and no right to force us to be a part of its crimes. As someone whose job it is to represent the will of the U.S. public, I demand that you use your position to end the mass slaughter of dogs and cats immediately.
