I am a chronic illness patient and advocate. I have worked and volunteered for several non profits over the years and I am passionate about my other causes, including animal rights, universal health care, disability, etc. I am 36 and recently moved from New York to Arizona with my wonderful husband and three "furry kids" :) It is my dream to start a comprehensive non profit for those with chronic illness, however my own health issues, lack of money and others to assist me has forced me to put this dream on hold for a while.
