"I can't even believe I'm saying this word here" is an incredible admission by Pope! We can agree with him that sustainability is ridiculous in the factory farming system. And I think the chief sustainability officer will live somewhere in the PR division; it's clearly something he resists and a position that won't carry any real weight.

Yes. Exactly. In terms of the dilution of the Gulf Stream, winters in the UK are likely to get colder — which is why 'climate change' is more appropriate.

Climate change doesn't rule out record-lows; but it will certainly ensure more record highs (like the last decade).
