This is a student who is growing his hair to make a donation to Locks of Love. He is also a cancer survivor. What kind of bizarre rule tells a boy how long his hair can grow, or that it should be "off the ears", while any girl in that school can grow long hair? That deis gender discrimination. This school should be ashamed of itself. Change your rules, people. It's 2012. There are things much more important than length of hair that you should be concerned about.
