I know political economy is very old and complex. But, as it gets older and complexity leads to the triumph of form over substance, political economy (empire in some cases) declines and falls.
Therefore KISS is an essential value -- if we are to survive as a beacon of freedom and as pragmatic supporters of government of, by and for the people. So I look for tax and monetary simplification and reform to pay for all the needs of economic democracy.
I support the Second Bill of Rights 11 Jan 1944. I wrote a pamphlet, "The Civil Right to Work", to promote union wage full employment, in 1984. I sent Obama $10 in 2007. I voted for Obama in the primaries and in November. I've promoted tax and money system reform pn the Internet since 1984, with thousands of posts.
I believe in Abba Lerner's Functional Finance and Keynes' idea of a monetary system of production. I'm not a money crank. I am a pragmatic American patriot who loves the rest of the world who loves us too.
