Thank you so much for this petition. The Topeka Police Department should consider paying attention to what goes on with their officials. There are programs to educate police officers on how to handle dogs and how to react in such situations. It just takes initiative from the Police Department to educate those that are supposed to defend the innocent...not to kill them.
