Are you seriously suggesting that just by exercising for 4 weeks, an overweight person can lose fifty pounds? (Assuming, of course, that the person is at least 40 pounds overweight.) So that means that it will take me just two months to lose 100 pounds?!? YAHOO! What a relief! I'll be thin in time for my Caribbean vacation. (Yes, fat people DO wear bathing suits.)
