  The country is debt, we need to start reforming budget items that do not return a positive value to our country and citizens. Our police departments need to be held at the highest standards, policies and accountability. We need not hire cops who lack training, temperament and common sense. Policing in America needs to be reformed before we find ourselves a Police State. That is the ultimate home grown terror that I do not want my tax dollars to support.
