David Hart

An advocacte, on the local, state and federal levels primarily for people with MR/DD for the last 25 years. Over the last 3-5 years I have been involved with advocacy for people with disabilities that want to enter or return to the workforce.
Successfully lobbied for legislative changes on behalf of people with MR/DD.
I am a co-founder of a community based non-profit in Malden, MA called Tailored For Success, Inc. TFS works with individuals who are entering or re-entering the workforce, offering job development and softskill training, along with appropiate interview clothing. Over the last 10 years TFS has served almost 5000 individuals.
I have an undergrad degree in Sociology and a Masters Degree in Organizational Communication from Suffolk University.
Prior to my current position at CAAS, I worked at Triangle, Inc as Marketing Manager in Career Services and in private industry as a Sales and Marketing Executive for almost 20 years.
