I will certainly check them out, Clay thanks, It may have been a matter of a poorly targetted article, but my comments were based on the statements made there rather than a broader picture of her opinions. As presented by Politico, I think my analysis stands.
Sadly, Diane's comments are more political than constructive, and based on extrapolation rather than experiential evidence.
Is NCLB problematic? Certainly. Did Obama campaign on keeping it in place but drastically reforming how it works? Yes.
Hyperbole such as Diane Ravitch's comments do not help her cerdibility in the least.
